so u know, when u're sitting down, and u're just wayy too darn freakin' lazy to get up, so u reach out ur hand for ur friend to "supposedly" pull you up, and they say: "dude, use ur abs man."
I respect ur friend. well.. not really, cause i don't know who well actually say that.. unless u're my bro. which i don't think u'd wanna be. (:

hah, still.. it's freakin annoying. but at the end does he help me up? sadly.. no.
